
About The Owner
Brittany Cotton is a down-to-earth cook from Los Angeles, California. Her dream was not formed as to what she wanted to do when she grew up but she always found herself creating interesting food dishes for her family. Her mother, whom she admires greatly, encouraged Brittany to pursue cooking as a career choice. Brittany being weary about this decision thought, "hey, it can't hurt anything." So making the life-changing decision, she came up with what you know today as Brittany's Bistro.
About the Restaurant
Founded in 2012 in Los Angeles, in her momma's kitchen, Brittany's Bistro is a lead restaurant in the California segment of the foodservice industry and is reaching for the world's second largest quick-service sandwich concept. As of January 23, 2012, Brittany's Bistro had over 10 operating restaurants in the state. This small time establishment is reaching for the top notch sandwich & soup servers. Look out Subway, Brittany is on the prowl, and her creation is speaking volumes.
